I took both rear rotors off.

going to put two new ones on.
Which is the driver side?
Which is the passenger side?

which way are the vents suppose to point???

The part numbers should signify which side they go on. The air vents go on so that air is forced in.

The fins angle back, toward the back of the car, so that air is pulled out from the hub.

Thats a drivers side rotor.

I think you are correct

I think I read somewhere that said a part number ending in Odd is Left side, driver
and even is right side, passenger.
