I am looking to replace the seats in my car. What I like so far are the Sparco Milano 2 and the Recaro Sport. Can anyone give me any thoughts or the best prices?
The Recaro Sports are on Ebay for about $1800.
My car is black inside.I would like to stay away from Vinyl.
Thanks in advance,Martin

I hate sparco with a passion. I guess it's just my past experiences with their seats. I have recaros now, 100% times more satisfied than my sparcos.

Recaros > Sparco

In order, I would get:
1. Recaro SPG
2. Sparco Evo2
3. Sparco Pro2000

Recaros > Sparco

In order, I would get:
1. Recaro SPG
2. Sparco Evo2
3. Sparco Pro2000

Your list doesn't really take into account a persons size/weight.

The Recaro SPG is quite a bit smaller than the Evo2 and Pro2000, by a good 3cm or so. Recaro makes a SPG XL which is more comparable in size to the Sparco offerings.

I'm a fatty with 34" waist and its a REALLY tight fit to get into my Recaro SPG Pro. However I can hop in and out of my Pro2000s all day long. As far as comfort and bolstering they Pro2000s and SPGs seem about the same.

However this guy is asking about reclinable 'street' seats where all of this really doesn't apply :). Of the two mentioned I'd suggest the Sparco for style, but the Recaro for comfort. I believe the new Audi S4s use a version of the Recaro Sports.

I've got a pair of Sparco Milanos in my car. I dig 'em. They're cool for the street, but the track, I do have a nice Momo fully carbon fiber bucket that I can swap in there for me (fits' like a freaking glove on my arse).

Here's a pic of the Sparcos (padding is finally on the roll bars however)...

I had Sparco Evos and Now Running Recaro SPGs both great seats;) I feel the SPGs have a better feel.

corbeau have poor quality. They have poor quality fabrics, and sub par construction on some seats.

Sparco and Recaro are both great seats, but recaro has just slightly better quality.

one beef i have with recaro is the harness ports, you'd think they could have consulted schroth before designing them. i can never fit the camlock thru em (spg pole position and speed/srd with hybrid II's). stupid germans.

I have Sparco Torino 2s in my car and they fit me perfectly. We're exactly the same size so these would work out for you. Get the Recaros if you're willing to throw a little more money into the seats. Both will work well.

I have to agree with this. While my corbeau CR1's are very comfortable the quality just isnt there in my opinion. I would go with Recaro.

I bought the Recaro Style. They look like they should be there, they look stock. Some of the aftermarket seats dont. These are the 3rd set of seats I've had in the car. These are going to stay, they are great to sit in and hold you in place.

I have the Recaro Pole Positions and the harness holes are a bit too low for me. I've been told that I could hurt my spine if I got into an accident with my harness on. Only other seat I considered were Cobras. Definately not a fan of Sparco.
