I was on my way to a buddys house today with a friend on mine I had the top down and the radio up when this guy in a newer prelude 95 or 96 with a loud exhaust gets in frount of me after a light. So i get over and get next to him for no reason:devillook
We come to a red light and i look over and can see he wants to run so I get ready for the light to turn and as it dose i get a good start about a 1/2 a car on him and he stayed with me for a few seconds but then i just started to walk away so around 70 i shut her down and the guy in the red prelude behind me:stickoutt flashed his lights and turned off. The guy that was with me was kinda scared :D it was his first race. Im proud it was my first prelude:buttrock

Good race!

Altho last time i checked its all about drivers response and ability that wins the race, and not vtec or any form of engine management system to carry them.

Last time I checked, the the powertrain of a particular vehicle played no small part in any speed contest. The 4th gen vtec model is considerably faster than the S or Si models. I replied jokingly to his post insinuating that this was the first of perhaps more prelude victories. Take it with a grain of salt, and don't be so quick to flame.

PS, vtec isn't an engine management system ;)
