Isetta?

I am thinking of buying an isetta and was just wondering how much one that NEEDS restoring should cost. The owner dosn't want to sell it but said to make a resonable offer.

there is a guy over on www.bmw2002faq.com who restored one recently.. ask over there man. Sheesh I'd buy one if I ever saw one.. ever see Brasil?
