need some help.

OK my sister called me last night and told me she is getting a light on her cluster on the lower right side that looks like a circle with 3 lines at a diagonal coming off of it. 93 318is. Any ideas? I don't have an owners manual for a 3 or I'd look it up.

I'm guessing its something with the brakes. What color is the light? Red or orange?

orange I think, she called in a panic. I believe it is the brake wear sensor also, and what I told her. Just wanting to confirm.

If its orange, its nothing to panic about. The car is simply stating something is wrong & it must be repaired. Red lights are the more urgent ones.

Yeah, it's the brake wear sensor. Mine went off a while ago and that's exactly what it looked like.
