Mini Navigation

I just test drove a Mini Cooper S and loved it. The car had Navigation installed and it was so cool. The female voice was good and didn't sound computer like. SO here is my question.
I plan on doing a nice stereo in the Mini and I want the factory navigation, so if i replace the factory radio will it affect the Navigation in any way.

Hm, you would probably have to go to the dealer and ask them directly since the mini is fairly new.

I don't think it would interfere, but who knows, everything nowadays is made not to be tampered with
