Its still available. Its not going on eBay again either. The car did not come with records, but I'm sure you can get them from either BMW of Dallas or Classic BMW (wherever it was serviced). Its got all the books & manuals however.

Its a beautiful car & its priced right. I'm guessing it didn't sell b/c of the gas prices & people penny pinching here & there.
