Without the headlights, HID's, wing and steering wheel I could lower it another $800.

Take off the BBK and K1's I'd drop another $1500 but you would be paying for new brake fluid, OEM rotors and pads. The car would then come on 15" waffles with new all-season BFG Comp T/A's.
