Knock sensor help

I used my code reader and cyl 1-6 is coming up as my knock sensor. What can that be if anyone knows.

What grade of gas are you using? 87, 89, or 91+
if 89- that's your problem, it's tripping due to pinging.
Or it may just be a faulty Knock sensor.

I never ever!!!!!!!!1 used anything under 93. Always 93+

In my past experiences with knock sensors, I'll give what I had myself to trip them all too often however unrelated since it was an Audi but stuff to look for.

1. Had an exhaust leak in the down pipe that would trip it at high rpm.

2. Fuel pressure regulator dangeling against the block on corners, again tripping it.

3. A faulty knock sensor with too much resistence making it way too sensetive.

Keep looking but it's noise related.
