Would these be good reasons to sell my car?

So far my car has cost me $8800.
Car: '97 328is white 5spd 93k heated seats traction
Mods (most of this came on the car):
m3 front bumper
m3 mirrors
18" hammans
clears all around
alpine headunit
Suede inserts
Water pump
Radiator
dtm style exhaust
chip
x brace
Now my right rear bearing/hub is going bad, I hear it. The clutch pedal squeaks, the main belt started to squeak. Weather stripping on the outside is cracking. Would these be a good reason to sell the car as is? Or should I fix it and keep modding it? My previous Auto 328i didn't give me any problems, i think i actually enjoyed the 4dr more.

Haha definitely fix it up, those aren't very big problmes and having new weather stripping on your car is nice. I recently did it and the appearance of the car up close is so much better it looks brand new again :)

If you already put $8800 into it, it seems odd that you wouldnt spend another $200 or so to keep it running.
