AC Schnitzer Type 1 3 piece wheel question!

I didn't know where to post this, anyway. As far as I'm concerned, all AC Schnitzer wheels were made by Ronal in Germany, however I saw a set of wheels for sale, they are Type 1 3 piece wheels, but they are made by OZ.

Are they real or Knock offs, they do have the AC Schnitzer logo :help

They're real. OZ made wheels for ACS too.

I have heard, from previous owners of OZ ACS wheels, that they are the worst quality wheels you can get. If you are looking at the set on ebay, I would be skeptical, they have a bad reputation of bending like butter. Over half of the OZ ACS wheels I have seen are messed up. Ronal ACS wheels are very strong on the other hand.

Oh yah, ACS contracted both Ronal and OZ to build their 3 piece rims. I'm not sure who builds there 1 piece wheels though.

I was offered the set that was on Ebay for $900 cash, I told him $850 and will pick them up tomorrow, he says he wants $900, and gave me the speech on how they cost 1k each new.

then he sent me the pic with the crack wheel, man that wheels looks like it's made of butter as you said.
I'll pass, not only for that, but because they are not really good looking wheels, and the car I will probably be buying the next 2 weeks or so, already has Powdercoated 3 piece Type 2 Acs wheels :devillook

Hopefully the Type II Racing that your getting will be 18's, I used to have the 17's and they look sooo small. I sold those off thinking I would be able to find a set of normal Type II's but I jumped on a set of ultra rare Sp-1's instead.

yeah wheels that come with the car 18" 3 piece

but I'm still talking to the owner of the car, so nothing is still for sure

I pm'd you the pics, since I don't want to post here that I'm getting the car and might end up not buying for whatever reason
