1995 318is or 323CI or 328CI

Guys I have a 95 318IS done 160K on it want to get a 2000 323CI
or should i get a 2000 325CI , the difference is coming out to 2 grand

323CI 14000

325CI 16000

my 318is is stick and its not the fastest of the block

I wasnt aware they sold those the same year in the US. I thought it was 323 and 328 thru about 01 then 325 and 330.
