A/C problem

I just recently had my a/c fixed (expansion valve and evaporator) and noticed tonight a hissing noise that corresponded with the engine rpm's comming from the passanger foot well. Do some expansion valves create a hissing noise that can be heard if you are listening for it or is something leaking down there again?

I can't say for certain, but a noticeable hiss would certainly be unacceptable.

You can't hear a hiss at idle, but you can hear it at higher rpm's when your accelerating sometimes.
