I have a stock one from an E36 and I also have one from a 95 M3. The one from the 95 M3 is what most people go to because of the better lock-lock ratio. PM me an offer if you are interested. Please remember you are in NY and I am in CA. I can ship Grey Hound for about $40.

will the 95 rack fit on a 98 M3? I think mine is the long rack with tie rods.
If you can't find one from a member check local salvage yard for a Z3 rack. Bought mine for $105 locally and put it in my '93 IS. Great ratio!!

thanks for the replies guys, but I've decided to go with a rebuilt rack by ZF or MAval from one of the online stores
