I've been waiting for these pictures, and you car is beautiful! How impressed with the paint job were you? What was the total cost?

I think it is time for you to change your sig!

6 months after some reversed their truck down the side of her,
4 weeks in the paint shop & $5856 later it is finally done.

It looks very Henna in the pics, but it the digital cam that make it look like that, as it's Brilliant Red.
I'll have to take some with my normal 35mm and get then scanned.

The paint job is very very good. I've been looking a brand new cars , Merc's and BMW's adn they paint on my car is much flatter and looks better

I would even go as far as saying that it looks better than when it came out the factory.
I'm very happy.

I've had a few teething problems like the horn didn't work, i've had to sort the headlamp wash wipe out, the boot as a little hard to shut, but when you strip a car to the extent that my car was it's only to be expected.

Those little things that don't work are pretty easy to fix though. I wish I had a fresh respray. I'll have to live with the original paint for a while though.

Like I said on the DTM forum, I highly suggest that you look into getting a car cover, since your car sits outside.

Yes I will have to look into it, but I know I'm gonna feel stupid putting a cover over my car. :)

At first I felt stupid too, but after doing it, I can get it on and off quickly, and I love peeling the cover off to find a fresh clean car! :)
