That might be hard to find. I have only seen two in my expirience and neither of them were forsale. I have one on my IS and a friend has one on his IS. If you get it directly from DINAN, there is a core charge so they may help save you some cash.

For you guys that bought them, did you notice any difference? Is there any change to the air flow meter to get rid of that little flap and open up the air flow?

Throttle response seem to be better and the car seem to accelerate just a liitle bit faster. I thought it made the car faster, I did not get any dyno time in to back up my theory though.
As for the AFM? The flapper in the AFM tells the ECU how much air the engine is intaking. If you remove the flapper then there is no way that the ECU will know how much fuel to inject. There are a few alternatives, you could port the AFM so that it breathes a little better, or you can do a MAF conversion. With the MAF conversion you will switch from the flapper set up to a hot wire type system. Check: www.splitsec.com

Thanks for the feedback and the link. I did a MAF conversion on a previous vehicle, so I am a little familar with them. I just hate the airflow valve arrangement, it is such a bottleneck. The Dinan site lists some dyno numbers and they seemed respectable, even more so since they are still pulling air through that little opening.
