Need an Auto Tranny or 5 speed swap

Hey all;
I am looking for either a 5-speed swap or a really low mileage automatic that will fit my car! . I recently purchased one off of a 328i from a fellow forum member (which, BTW I haven't received even a tracking number on yet), but I am afraid the electronics aren't going to work OK. I have been told by reputable folks it won't. So, anyone got either of these?

I have the 5spd swap. Selling for $1500 for everything you need from tranny to the shift boot. You need about 15-18 parts, can't remember exactly off the top of my head but i have them all in good working condition.

I have a tranny, flywheel, shift linkage, starter, and guibo that has about 140k on it. All in good working order, asking $850 shipped.

Thanks for everyone's input. I have decided to go with a rebuilt unit from Phoenix Hard Parts. Hopefully, with correct servicing (NOT the BMW way), I can get over 100K on it. I understand the negative aspects of a slushbox, but it is for my daughter; not exactly into performance, but cruising! :)
