Does anyone know if the GPS is worth getting? I have a Garmin Street Pro 3, but a GPS integrated into the dash would be handier. I have heard that in the past, updates, even for CDs, were slow on coming. The Garmin relies on downloads that are pretty current.

Suggestions? I am supposed to order my Mini S this weekend.

The 2003 model is supposed to switch from CD to DVD. Have not heard reall good reviews about the CD version. FYI, the 2003 model loses the power port in the boot and supposedly the Silk Green. However, it gains a gold color and an extra remote key. A new sport steering wheel as standard on the S. Plus some other stuff.

It is tough to say. I wouldn't do it because I rarely travel long distances or go places I don't know, so I don't have a need for it. But if you do travel far and go all around town, then it would be worthwhile to check it out.

a bonus in my mind of the GPS is that you don't have to look to the middle for the speedometer........but if you are enough into the nostalgia type stuff that that is a must, go ahead.....

Not sure, yet. They are STILL supposed to get back with us. They said I should have it around November. I specified the HK premium package, and I think there may be some delay with that, and the Indi color is marked "available soon"... I will post when I hear something. I just wish some lucky person would buy the Acura, so I will have some $$ to help out! :)
