I have this 1992 325i and I want to convert it in to a 1992 M3. Do they have the same body style? Am i going to have to modify in any way the front & back bumper? Headlights & Tail-lights Too?

there was no ///M3 in 1992. The E36 ///M3 was produced from 1995-1999
The E30 ///M3 (4 cyl) ended production in model year 1991

As you can tell. I don't know much about BMW.
What year M3 Front & Back Bumper would fit on my 92' 325i?

What exactly are you looking to do? Make the car look like an m3, or change out the non visual parts, or both? If I were you, I would make good use of the search fuction of this forum.
And if you are just talking about making your car LOOK like an m3, please please don't go around telling people it is an m3.

Yup.
