Tryinf to match up tails, corners for my car

I went to realoem.com and entered my VIN information. The results came back as saying the car is from production year 10/1998. Does this mean that the car is a 1998 and not a 1999 like on the title and registration? I'm trying to find clear corners, cheap ones for now and I've been looking on Ebay, and the ones they have all seem to have the year ??-98 E36. Most don't even mention 323. I'm wondering if this includes me and if those will fit on my car. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? It's confusing me and pissing me off at the same time. I want to buy mods, but don't know what year to buy for. :mad

How do I determine what shape I need or the correct shape when lookig for corners on Ebay?

uhm well look at your clears then look at the ones on ebay and if they look the same then your good just search for this at ebay "323i clear "

this is assuming the 323i corners are the same as the 323ic corners

ok so your 323ic is calssified as an e36? then guys correct me if im wrong he could buy any 2dr corner set :dunno im noot 100% sure but if those corners float your boat its your car man im nor of the OEM look kinda guy tho....

Your car was made in '98 but it is a 1999 323ic. You do have an e36, so any lights that are up to '98 AND FOR COUPES will fit your car.
