Non-Staggered help from Jim, please

I would like to go with a non-staggered setup on SSR-Comp H or SSR GT7-H (preferable) with 255 tires now and 265's later. I was thinking Michelin Pilot Sports so I can use them on the track and the street.

Is this plausible?

Jim probably won't answer with anything other than a Tire Rack-approved fitment--which will be more conservative than you want. Bounce ideas off of James Clay of Bimmerworld http://www.bimmerworld.com/ He has more experience with wider tire fitments.
