He can't get a chip, he is OBD2.

Looks like that is for the e46.

DO NOT BUY A USED SHARK INJECTOR!!!

they won't work on your car once used since they lock onto the original DME. you will be wasting your money and the seller will be laughing all the way to the bank as he is ripping you off.

Exactly what he said. Although there was a mod you could do to reset it completely...

o wow i didnt know that! thank you so much :D

does this mean they are only one time use? like what if i disconnect my battery, will i need to re-shark it or does it permenantly change the programming?

They're not "one time use", they're "one car use". The Injector codes itself to a single VIN once it's used. Regardless the programming doesn't reset by unplugging the battery. FYI, I've got a couple of those in stock if you end up wanting one that'll be more than a paper weight ;)
