would a HFM help a 95 325is w/ exhaust, headers n intake?

can someone help me? i know a HFM would greatly increase power on an m3 but would it do anything to help a 1995 325is w/ ac snitchzer exhaust, headers, n a dinan cold air? also, would it help my car is i had m3 cams put into it? anyone know the deal on how difficult and what kind of things you need to do if you were to get someone to put 95 m3 cams into my 95 325is? because i have 2 m3 camshafts lying at home, waiting to be put in by a pro if possible.

hfm probably wont do much cause you have a smaller engine. it wont do anything except on a 3.0 or an ob1 3.2. M3 cams will give u like 15hp
