window guide fix

i have a 1992 325i sedan . im going to replace my passenger side window guide tommorow, has anyone in this forum done it before? any tips or things i should know before the replacement? how am i suppose to replce it?

My windows was both messed up.. the driver and passenger (seden), I kept on replacing the little white piece that get snap... like 4 times. And it end up to be the window regulator... so check everything out carfully. To place the wite piece, just pull out the pin and then snap the little ball joint out of the white piece. I have an extra white piece if you need it...

ive already replaced the white piece along with the window regulator(it was bent) . when i put wd-40 on the window guide the window works fine (but its a temp fix) i bought the window lining to fix the rubbing permanently
