are there any race springs that arent progressive like my h&r sports? it feels so funny when at the limit but nice and firm around town... im in need of something a little more hardcore than that. I know that there are some c/os that have linear springs like GC but id rather get shocks and springs if i could but if it comes down to it.. the track/school kit will ahve to do -_- just so much money.

you can get GC adjusters that will slip over your current front shocks, and in the rear they just bolt into the control arm.

you can then run whatever linear rate eibach race springs you want. (or any other brand of the right diameter and length)

for a street/track rate I reccomend something along the lines of 400 front, 500 rear
