View Full Version : Do our ebrakes control the rear calipers? or a separate crappy drum?

i cant figure this out. if they do control something other than the rear calipers then how does it work and how do i replace the pad or whatever it needs.? thanks

The e brake consists of a set of drum brake pads that expand against the inside of the hat section of the rear rotors when you pull up on the e brake handle.
The pads can be replaced or adjusted independent of the rear disk brake pads.

The parking brakes are inside the rear brake rotors.

cool, i like finding out things about my car like that. is there such thing as performance ebrake pads? haha. id get them
