yea, the fenders and rear quarter panels are awesome. that car just needs some different wheels to set it off.

The fenders really aren't that different from the zeemax kit.
I think it looks real nice, just needs nicer wheels.

Rob, where do you find these things?

-After you left bimmerfest the silver e34 zeemax widebody with HREs showed up. The thing was beat to crap. Dan can vouch. :rofl The wheels were nice though.

olek, was looking for hartge e34 pics on google images, and came across some german site with pics, including this widebody.

i agree the fenders looks some what similar to zeemax, without the nasty (imho) zeemax bumpers.

rich, let's have a group buy for the link you posted! :stickoutt

from these two pics, i don't think it's the same kit. the line is higher on the black e34.

They're Borbet Type A's and are HIGHLY sought after in europe scene, especially in the 17x10 fitment he has in the rear.

That kit looks like an interpretation of an E30 M3 kit. The way they dealt with the door handles is exactly the same way most shops do when they do 4-dr E30 M3 conversions. The Zeemax is very different. Instead of a shelf like on the black one, you have a smooth transition. The rear doors never looked right on the Zeemax to me. The not parallel with the car mouting was a real turnoff. And I've seen the estoril Zeemax E34 in person, its not really attractive.

This black car is pretty damn hot, but the king of E34 widebodies is still the ACS Silhouette.

It looks similar to the Zeemaz kit http://www.zeemax.com/7e34wb.htm
But I have seen that kit before on the Stan Chen's (DTM Autohaus) e36 widebody GTR M3. And some one here with a blue e39 has that kit too.

Ditto on that one. Someone should really make a sticky racing/widebody 5 series thread.

i think you'd have to combine a few kits to make ONE good looking one.

zeemax makes a nice rear bumper (i like the not-too-big side vents) but a terrible front bumper - looks like two fat cheeks hanging down on the sides.

rieger makes a nice front bumper extension.

side skirts don't really matter - m3 style are nice with the twisty-look

add a nice rear roof spoiler from acs

then a nice e39 m5 tail (maybe a little extended version) and the whole thing would look pretty classy

:)

If you want you can check out M1 Autobody the can do bodywork like that. They are in Elmonte Ca, http://www.m1autosport.com/index1.html
Here is an e39 with the same fenders.

Oh wow thats hot. Looks like the Esquiss E36 style.

I tried to find pics of the 4-door E30 M3, but I can't find em. It might have been a wagon. They did a ton of work to get it to work. The doors were basically totally rebuilt from bondo and fg. Looked sick when it was done though.

i think it was a wagon. ive seen 2 done. 1 of them i know for sure was done by grafting m3 fenders to it.

Rob, the silver one is the e34 i was talking about.
Your right, the fenders don't look similiar.

:dunno

Personally, I like the factory look.:buttrock

Looking at these again, it's very interesting how the spoiler is integrated. A three peice built into the body. I like it, but I think it could have been done a bit more cleanly on the sides.
