For Sale - 1989 BMW 325is
Prepared for SCCA DSP autocross and track use - a fun, fast, competitive, beautiful, reliable, very well maintained car. The nicest E30 track/autocross car out there -- 1989 is the best year. Cinnabar red with full black/grey interior, fully streetable, registered and insured. Would also make an excellent foundation for a budget BMW CCA stock or prepared, or even SCCA ITS, race car.
This car was featured in the August 2002 Grassroots Motorsports Magazine "3 Some" E30 comparison article. Tim Suddard turned a faster time in this 325is than in his own E30 M3 GRM project car on the autocross test course! Numerous time trial and autocross class wins, top PAX and FTD in local highly competitive club (THSCC) against SCCA national champions.
Ground control coilovers (450F/600R), Koni adjustable shocks, Ground Control front camber/caster plates, delrin front bushings, adjustable rear trailing arm bushings, Racing Dynamics front swaybar, Ground Control rear shock mounts, Sparco front strut brace.
Modern Performance MAF conversion, cone filter, custom heat shield, port-matched head, Conforti chip, 3" custom exhaust, short shift kit, 188 HP/185 TQ.
