Ok I finally saved money to buy ZKW headlights and angel eyes without Hid's since I bought the Hids from a BMW X5 couple of days ago with Bulbs and everything. Now my question is which is better and which would you choose the OEM series or the thinline? The OEM is 50 dollars expensive but that is not the case I want to know why what’s the difference and which one is the best? Just in case I have a Black e36 coupe. ;)

What I was told by umnitza they both are the same with DDE enhanced. OEM series is just the name people like to refer by but why would one cost more than the other?

thineline=just the rings
oem=rings with the plastic covers for a more finished oem look

the difference is that one has the ring covers around and they give you a more OME look, but they cost more due to the rings, and you sir, got yourself the expensive ones ;)

i think u Fed up on buying X5 hids... they are D2S bulbs meaning u cant use them. u need H1 bulbs.

i think either DDEs would be fine.

let's not start a holy war on which ones are better;)

The picture above reflects an OLDER style ENHANCED and a ThinLine 4500K ring.

Here's a picture of the new Chromium.

you need h1's, sell that kit and buy an h1 kit for your zkw's, i have some with a lifetime warranty for $275 shipped and its all plug n play, let me know if i can help.

Oh man I was excited about this. Do you know if this will fit the fogs and maybe I can get h1s for low beam?

you would have to do some work for it to fit in the fogs, doable :) but get the h1 for the zkw's, simple plug and play and you can allways go back to halogen or sell them with no damage.
