1995 525A, the problem is that it wont start and a message on the check control comes up saying there is a TransProgram error. Any ideas? Thanks!

Won't start as in battery won't turn engine?
Transprog shows up with weak battery and MANY other things. Get the engine running first...

Initially the fault was intermittend, it would start and run fine at all speeds and gears. But when the car was turned off, and had hot soaked for a short time it would not start. But the next mourning or after 5 hours later it would start fine. Today, after sitting for 2 days, it wont start at all. The car cranks but wont start and the Trans Program error comes up.
