MUST HAVE - WTB - 93-94 325i/325is - 5 SPEED ONLY

I MUST aquire a 93-94 325is or 325i. The car must be 5 speed, and have less than 140k miles. I have exhausted my self searching for one for the last month or so. I have been picky about the color - but no longer. I NEED your car - if it's clean, well maintained, I want it. POS's, 200k mile cars, cars w/o maintainance records need not apply. FYI - I'm building this potential car into an ITS/Jprep BMW - so cars with accident history will only be accepted if the "price is right", taking into consideration the damage..

111000 miles, 93, 5 speed, hellrot red, lether front and rear seats in almost flawless condition, plus rear half (starting from the end of door) has been repainted by professional shop. someone rear-ended it (there was absolutely no structure, chassis damage) so my insurance got her repainted.
