Mystery Interior piece left over

OK just redid the inside. Where did this piece come from? I ALWAYS have extra pieces left over :confused

That's the top of the seat belt pivot point.

Thats what I thought but there is a plastic nut cover and I couldn't get it to go over that.

You do mean the front seats right?
