How to install tacho rings??

Howdy all, I was wanting to install these aluminium rings i bought from germany and I have removed the two torx screws at the top of the tacho cluster. I have pulled the tacho cluster forwards and out of the dash but I cannot completely remove it without taking off the steering wheel which I am not keen to do because I don't have the tools.

Now the problem I'm having is how do I remove the plastic face off the tacho cluster? It seems to be "attached" like a solid unit to the cluster. Please tell me I can do it without removing the steering wheel :p

Thanks mate, although that site is for installing ricer tacho stickers. So to install the chrome rings I need to remove the back of the cluster and install them from the rear? Is there any way I can simply remove the clear plastic front? thanks
