I'm talking about the two lengths of plastic that run along the floorboard parallel with the bottom door sill.

I can't seem to get them on, there are some white 'tabs' going into the body that 'hook' into recepticles on the plastic panel, any tips?

Yes, my Bentley manual is still missing, I'm so lost without it.

I'm about to put mine back on today too. The back hooks on that back piece of carpet. Make sure all the plastic pieces are lined up straight. Then click the top edge in then the bottom. Dont hit them or they might break.

Probably harder to do then that though. When I start mine later I'll type more on how.

Maybe someone else knows a better way.

Wait, dont they slide onto the clips somehow? front to back.

Remove the white clips from the body (don't be surprised if you break one or more of them) and slide them into the "rails" on the backs of the trim panels. Align the clips with the holes in the body and reinstall the panel. You may need to use a rubber mallet to get the more stubborn clips to engage.

Replacement clips are readily available at the dealer.

I never take my clips out and i never break mine. I pull from the inside, and roll up and back and my trim pieces come out. I reverse that to put them back. Might just be that my clips are old though, and I am missing one or two that were gone when I got the car.
