BMW leadership program?

I've heard of leadership programs being available for recent college grads....does BMW have one? If so how do I apply? Their website does't seem to have anything.

i've never heard of a bmw leadership program. What is your major? I'm an engineer, and there are a lot of companies that have leadership programs for engineering (GE, Ingersoll-Rand, Stanley, Black and Decker...etc)

I have BA and MA in Financial Economics.

the only thing I know of is BMW STEP which i am attending

If BMW does have a leadership program you would have to be employeed by BMW to attend. These type of programs are only for the development of their employee's leadership skills. What you may have in mind is an apprenticeship which BMW does have but which are very hard to get into. Here is a link to BMW page for different levels of career position. I hope this helps
