does this sound like a good deal for a e36 M3?

someone in town wants to sell me his e36 1999 estroil blue M3 for $18500 with some 18in AC snits or $17500 without the rims. he has these mods..Dinan intake Dinan strut bar Dinan stage 2 chip some kind of after market clutch and short shift...and a Remus catback exhaust. the interior is great the body is great paint is great also oh yeah dove grey interior. he has 86000 miles the car. so YAY or NAH

Get it carfaxed. Guys with carfax on our site will gladly help u with that if u dont have access to it. Seems a bit dangerous, with all the stuff he has on it, u know he's been pushing it hard for those 86000 miles. I say drive it. I see u have a 98, the cars arent that different. Just match up listen for sounds and the works.
