Check this out, just something I threw together in paint really quick. This is the only way I can really get things to work the way I want them to on my car (I got an 80/80 degree switch thinking it would better, when in fact the car detects the high temp circuit closing and TURNS OFF the low temp, which means the AC/aux fan won't turn on as long as i have my radiator fan hooked up to the high speed wire on the aux fan.) Low temp shuts off as soon as high temp is activated.

SO I had to use the low temp circuit, the aux fan is running off of the stock low temp supply wire (however that supply wire is hooked up to the high speed wire on the fan so when the circuit kicks on the fan goes full speed.)

My 16" radiator fan it hooked up to the same low temp circuit at 80 degrees, only running through a relay. The complicated part of this whole thing was thw switch. The entire idea of an electric fan was so that I could reduce strain on the engine; with this switch I can shut off the entire fan circuit (aux and radiator fans.) I can also turn on the circuit if I'm in a parking lot or traffic, waiting for something where I know the engine will need to be cool (dyno, etc..) Then I can always kick it back into auto mode for nornal driving.

What do you think?
