Even under the mangled metal I can tell your old one was sweet. I hope the ride that ended its road life was good.

yeah it was a sweet ride, i bought it bone stock and cleaned it up alot, put quite a bit into it, then i was stupid and went 120 around a curve,

It has 148,500 miles on it.

Since the photos, I replaced the left 2 headlights and put the shileds on all of them since they're all new now. I've also replaced the antenna with a hirshman variable power, replaced the battery (last week), and plan to take it in Tuesday to replace the sub-frame mounts (no reason, just want to!).

That's up to you. This is my 4rth BMW and 1st automatic, and it's still my favorite!

Did your insurance give you money or crdit for the mods you did?

yeah didn't really give me money for the mods, but i paid 6500 for the car and they gave me 8k, thats why i'm thinking i could buy yours and m50 it, what part of MI are you in,

At least you got something in addtion to your cost.

i hate detroit, haha, hmm i'll keep it in mind should know by the end of the week, i have to see if i can find my old car and pull the motor and trans from it

just noticed your from ssouthern wisc. if you go the m50 route and need some pointers, let me know. ive built two of e30m50's and live in southern wisc. too.......bump for a clean e30.
