Help:Lux replace with M Sideskirt

Just ordered my M sideskirt to replace the sideskirt on my 97 Lux M3....how hard is the install? should the M sideskirt just bolt right on in place of the Lux Sdskirt? any drilling, etc involved?

btw, i bought the OE sideskirt..

Basically you will just pull off your lux skirts and slap on the new ones. It's pretty self explanatory once you get in there. Only problem is you will probably have to buy a bunch of new clips from the factory. They break pretty easy when you are pulling off the skirts. Good luck.
