I bought my '98 M3 preinstalled with a AA S/C. P/O no longer had the owners / installation manual. I need to replace the idler pulley but dont think I have to go as far as having to remove the belt.

Any quick ways to do this?

Anyone have a copy of the AA manual available online?

You may not have to remove the belt but you are going to have to take the tension off of it for sure.

You have to remove the belt to remove the idler pulley. There's no way to do it otherwise.
