whats wrong with this picture?

I'm in the market for a bmw m3 and I come across this one and just get a little boggeled. The obvious problem is there is no picture, but when you read the milage, the year, the list of mods (including a supercharger I looked up to cost about 6.5 grand) I had to ask, is this guy mentaly challenged, is this car crap, or what? maybe some of you forced induction guys could also give me some help on this, because 411hp for this cost in an m3 sounds like a steal.

it says it needs mass air flow meter...doesn't pass inspection seems odd, cause my car passes inspection with flying colors and it runs RICH...the car may be running through a quart or more of oil a month or even per week...

Hey guys, i have been looking at this car for the past 2 months, trying to get ahold of him off and on, he is located a few miles away from me and the car has been on and off of autotrader.com the past few months. I realize that his is actaully a joke, i have left numerous messages on his answering machine and send him numerous e-mails. Dont even bother looking at this car. Even if this is for real, the guy has had to have driven the hell out of it. He guy sounds about 20 yrs. old and is deff. trashy from the sound of his voice. Waste of time....
