upgrade recomendations for E28

Hi All,

I'm looking for some recomendation on chips and preformance mods in general for my 86 535i (E28)

on the menu:
chip
exhaust
intake
suspension
body kit...... (last, but not least)

any resources and recomendations?

I'm going with a Jim C. chip, but I got to figure out how many pins my ECU is.

I'm looking at the Tri-FLow exhaust, but I dont want anything too loud....what are people impressions?

suspension wise, I looking at Bilstein shock, but I dont know if i should go with the touring or sport. I'd like to lower the car, but not too much (bad roads here, winters......), how much will the sport shocks lower the car?

any intake kits for the E28?

and I havent found any body kits Ilike just yet.....

Eibach or BAS?

can I use my original springs?

higly recommend that you 'slyly' hit the bimmer.org board and develop some friendships with some of those guys...then casually suggest they provide you feedback here:)

I think the Jim C. chip is a good move. I've heard of very nice results on the big 6 in the E28 and E34.
