how do you disengage (sp) seat belt tensioner

im trying to remove my stock lux. seats from a 95 ///M3 i cant for the life of me find the screw you are supposed to turn to disengage the seat belt tensioner's for the front seats. any help would be extreeeemely appreciated. (power seats btw)

its on the side of the seat belt mechanism (just look for the slot big enough for a flat tip screw driver). You'll see it, it looks like a screw that is flush with the part. Just put a flat tip in there and twist (and the square should turn from either green to red or green to white).
