I'm trying to figure out what spring rates to get for my GC coilovers. The car is driven on the street and sees about 6-7 track days a year possibly more. Will also be getting the GC hybrid camber plates. Would you guys recommend that I go with a 7in spring all around at 450/525 to avoid coilbind? I'll be using the recommended ride height from GC and wont be slamming my car. I know this has been discussed alot but can't really find a definate answer to a 6in spring or 7in. See lots of people running both setups.
