So, I found some websites that have all the parts for a swap (535i) (www.theeurodepot.com) but I have no Idea what the hell to get. I need a complete parts list. Im afraid i'll miss things I need. Do I need 3.46 different differentaial or keep the 3.91? Also do I need the 535i 5 speed driveshaft? Hopefully someone can give me some info. IF anyone has another useful website for parts, I would appreciate it.

You'll need a new driveshaft, the auto and manual ones are different lengths. You can keep the same diff if you want. I'll be changing my diff within the next few weeks so if you need a 3.46lsd you can PM me. You'll need the clutch and I believe a different throttle body, since the auto one is an electric. There are other parts, but I don't have a complete list.

Has been covered many times before, and the answer is always the same; just get a 535i stick rather than trying to do a swap. It is far cheaper and much less likely to have bugs.
Base parts:
new diff (3.91 would make first nearly useless)
new driveshaft
clutch and associated cylinders
transmission (obviously)
transmission mounts
interior bits
Then comes the hard part. Depending on who you talk to, the only way to make the car work as it's supposed to is to switch out the entire guage cluster, too, along with certain other electronics. It is a huge hassle. The total cost of doing this varies wildly from shop to shop, but I've seen quotes going from 6k to 12k. Thusly, it is far more practical to just get a 535i stick.
