Just bought some from Bavauto, but the labeling on the container looks different than the ATE Super Blue, which makes me wonder if they just sold me the normal stuff.

Can anyone confirm?

No, it's the cheaper version of ATE fluid.

Crap. Talk about false advertising. Should have just went with the blue, but I like the ability to see how "dirty" the gold fluid is...

Not sure but I thought ATE made 2 different color racing brake fluids so when flushing your fluid you can tell when all the old stuff is replaced with the new. :dunno

Here's what a quick Google search came up with: http://www.raceshopper.com/ate_brake_fluid.shtml

you got the right stuff. ate type 200 and super blue are the same thing. super blue just has a blue dye in it.

yes, the different packaging is a little confusing, but you got what you wanted.

yeah I always heard they had the two different ones. Same fluid, just different dyes, so it is easy when bleeding brakes to tell when you have completely gotten rid of the old fluid.

That's the same fluid at Super Blue...just a different color.
