Well, I just lowered my car with eibach springs. to avoid uneven tire wear in the back I plan on investing in some rear camber control arms. Would you guys happen to know if these ebay ones are similar to the rogue engineering ones? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7964800595&category=33581&sspagename=WDVW possibly grey market? Ive heard around the way that this could be true. do you guys suggest any other rear camber control arms that would satisfy my needs? keep in mind that im a starving college student trying to get by. in addition to these rcca's, what brand would you reccomend for the fronts?

There is factory adjustment for rear camber. Unless you're really slammed, it should be enough to bring your rears within spec.

Yeah and I thought it was toe that accounted more for uneven treadwear than camber.

I know I have the eibach pro kit on my car which doesnt lower it maybe more than an inch and a half, but when I went in to get my car aligned they told me that there wasnt anything they could do to get the camber out of the back end, which happens to be quite a bit worse than the front (but I really dont see any problems with the front anyway). This bothers me because of how much tires cost, and I dont feel like buying a set a year.

I just put on Vogtland springs, which lowered my rear about an inch, and had no problems getting to -1.5 rear camber. You should be running about that much negative camber, maybe a little less, but not less than -1. Otherwise the rear end will tend to slide out. You bought a sports car, if you want a more economical car, there are plenty of other choices. Besides, those arms aren't cheap either.

If the rears can't be put back into spec by a good alignment shop, you should probably have the RTAB's checked on your car, they add a lot of slop to the rear when they are gone.

Definitely true. Get that checked. That was the case with me. Now I'm on h&r race springs, bilsteins, new rtabs and rsms, and was able to put my specs back to stock for the st.

I recently bought the exact same control arms that your showing, iapdirect.com sells them. They are made pretty good, I havent installed them on yet....but getting there :)

is this factory spec or something u recommend? does this negative chamber means the top of the tires is more inward then the bottom making the car hangs better?
