18x8.5 5x120 35 offset

Fronts would be fine... but they would be reeeeally close to the rear fender lip, may even rub a little depending on the profile of tire used (255s :nono ). You'll most likely need to slightly roll the fenders just to be safe. But on a positive note... they will look teh awesome! :D

So the wheels are fine with that offset(about to order)
What size tires should I get so they wont have any problems rubbing ?

I am 99% sure that offset is fine. Unless you go with something ridiculously low, like an offset of 20 .. there should not be a major issue. I personally use 17x8 wheels with 35 offset.. they look great because the wheels are set more towards the outside, and give the car a lot wider stance.
As far as tires, I'd say 235/40/18s all around should be pretty safe, but get a second opinion on that one. BTW, what kinda wheels are u getting?
