Haha wow I had no idea the IS300 was so slow. I was rolling around in my dad's 99 528i(used to be mine) when I see this silver IS300 weaving through traffic. I rev at him right before a bridge over the 405fwy on Jeffrey. I jump and have 4 car lengths on him before we even hit 70. I'm wondering if he even raced me at this point?:95 :95 I guess thats what 206LB of torque delivered early does to ya =). So after the bridge we are the only cars there. We race and I take him by 1 to 2 car lengths until we hit 80. Raced him again and we hit some railroad tracks and both of our cars got a little air and the look on his face was hilarious. Anyhow I was suprised to see a 'sports' car losing to a big body 5 series...much less a 528! I raced another IS300 recently, I know the guy and he has an AEM cold air intake and an exhaust and we were neck and neck the entire time. =).
