that's just dumb man...
People tend to forget that a car is MACHINE. Why cover up all the working parts? It's just extra weight.
Now...stencil Brembo on it and...damn that'd be cool...

A caliper paint kit costs substantially less than those caliper covers. With proper preparation, a DIY paint job will look good and last a long time. Heck, for the cost of those covers, you could have the calipers powdercoated for even longer-lasting good looks.
I can see how the covers would appeal to someone who wants to enhance the appearance of the calipers with minimal downtime.

Too pricey. For this price you can probably buy 10 brake caliper paint kits (http://search.ebay.com/BRAKE-CALIPER-PAINT_W0QQfkrZ1QQfromZR8QQsatitleZBRAKEQ20CALIPERQ 20PAINT*)

sounds like a rip off. I bet you could get that shit at the hard ware store for cheap.

Bavauto.com is becoming a shithole. Their shipping prices are crazy!
Just for a solid metal clutch stop, they want about $75!
'big brake kit look'..
Sounds a tad fake to me. Wouldnt it also reduce heat dissipation as you are covering them?

Remember it's for a 318...it's not there to look better, it's there to cover how piddly and small the caliper actually is :).

That reminds me of those "disk brake" hubcaps for Hondas. Sad.
Not to mention it'll serve as heat insulation, not what I'd call a good thing on brakes.

The 318 uses the same caliper and rotor as the 6cyl cars.
Although with the 15" wheels they really fill up the wheel :D
